Question: Do you do custom made cutouts or wood shapes?
Answer: Yes. We can cut to your pattern or sketch. If you do not have a sketch, we may be able to help find one that we can cut your cutouts to.
What size of cutouts do you do?
Answer: The thickness can be 1/8" or 1/4". The size can be a minimum of 2 square inches to a maximum of 12.0" square inches. Please specify quantity, thickness, width and height of your cutout when you contact us for custom cutouts.
Question: Are your wood shapes handmade or mass produced?
Answer: All our cutouts are handmade giving each their own destinctive character. Although we try to match as close as possible there may be some slight variations.
Question: Do you give provide free samples of your cutouts?
Answer: No. With the number of online request for free samples, we do not supply free samples. If you would like a sample, send $5 to cover the cost of labor to custom cut one for you and to cover shipping and handling!
Question: I have a pattern for a 1/8" or 1/4" cutout. How many cutouts can you cut from my patterns?
Answer: As many as you want. Please specify the thickness, width and height of your cutout when asking for a price quote. If you want a large quantity of cutouts over 100 please understand that we may need at least 3-7 days of lead time to cut your items.
Question: Can I fax my sketches to you?
Answer: Yes. Our Fax number is: 1 530 323 6914. Please, when you fax your sketches include an email address for us to contact you.
Question: What type of wood do you use for your wood cutouts?
Answer: Cutouts are from Birch Veneer Plywood, one side is of high quality smoothness (Birch Veneer) and the other side (Plywood texture) although sanded isn't as smooth.
Question: Do your tolepainting kits have patterns supplied?
Answer: No. we don't supply patterns.
Question: What method of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept money orders, certified and personal checks. Presently we do not accept credit cards.
Question: How will I know when my order has been processed?
Answer: Upon receipt of your payment, your order for tolepainting kits and unfinished woodcraft projects will be filled and shipped as quickly as possible usually within 1-4 days. For cutouts of quantities of 100 or more, we may require a lead time of 3-7 days. We will notify you by e-mail when your order has been received, processed and shipped.
Question: How do you ship packages?
Answer: We ship Canada Post by Expediated Post (Airmail) or if requested Express Post 5-7 Business days.
Question: How much do I pay for shipping/handling for woodcraft projects and tolepainting kits? Cutouts and Custom Cutouts?
Answer: We combined shipping so it will depend on the number of items you're ordering at one time.
Question: Do you sell woodturning products?
Answer: No. We do not make bowls, spindles, wooden pens, etc.
Question: You don't seem to carry the item I'm looking for. Do you know where I might find it?
Answer: Contact us. We may be able to help. Provide as much information as you can including dimensions, etc.
Question: Do you sell Yard Ornaments?
Answer: Not at this time.
Question: Why didn't I receive a reply to my email?
Answer: We answer all e-mails personally and it may take a day or two. However, if your e-mail address is incorrect or your server is down, you may not receive our reply. If you've e-mailed us and got no reply, please re-send it again. We want to hear from you!
