Return Policy

For All Cutouts
1. All cutouts (listed and custom) are handcrafted and cut upon receiving your order. They are cut from Birch Veneer Plywood. This means it has a Veneer side and a Plywood side. The face side (Birch Veneer) is very smooth while the other side (not smooth) is of a Plywood grade.

   If you need your cutouts to be facing left and/or right, we can do this, but please let us know in advance. Otherwise, the direction of the cutout would be as per your sketch.

2. All cutouts are cut by outline only. We do not provide inside cutting.

3. Although we will try to follow your sketch and cut as close as possible to the size you've requested, we cannot and will not guarantee that any cutouts either supplied or custom cut by Wood B Crafts to be exact, identical or percise to the line. All cutouts are individually handcrafted, and therefore, slight variations may apply.

4. We will not alter the sketch that you've sent us. If you want the cutout different than your sketch, please re-draw it to your specifications prior to ordering.

5. If you place your order for cutouts and mistakenly give us an incorrect size, when the order is completed and sent, All Sales Will Be Final. Please check the measurements for your cutouts prior to ordering!!

6. We will not be held responsible for orders not received prior to a specified date as we have no control over delays that may be caused by the shipping carrier. Please allow sufficient time when ordering your cutouts.

7. Under those Terms and Conditions, All Cutout Sales Are Final and Non-Refundable. No Returns Will be Accepted. No Exceptions!!.

8. If you're looking for handcrafted items and agree with the terms and conditions above, please let us know the thickness, width, length/height and quantity of the cutouts required.

9. Should an order be incorrect as a result of an error on our part, other than the terms and conditions set out as above, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days All Sales Are Final. No Exceptions!!

   Such errors would include the following:

   (i) The cutouts were not of the sketch you sent us.

   (ii) We sent cutouts of the wrong thickness that you had specified.

   (iii) We inadvertly cut the wrong size. If you ordered 3" cutouts and we mistakenly increased or decreased their size by more than 1/8". Less than 1/8" is covered under our terms and conditions above (in reference to cutting percise to the line) and they will not be accepted.

10. If requesting to return cutouts for an error on our part:

    (i) E-mail us within 5 days of delivery describing the reason for the return. After 5 days, All Sales Are Final. No Exceptions!!

    (ii) If we agree to accept your returns, we will offer a replacement. No Refunds!! You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned Orders Will Not Be Accepted Without a RMA Number.

    (iii) RMAs are valid for 15 days only and will not be extended or re-issued. Returns must be received before the RMA expires.

    (iv) We will not accept merchandise returned in a condition not suitable for resale.

    (v) You will be responsible for return insured shipping costs.

    (vi) For all of the above, Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

    For Tole-Painting Kits, Blanks & Woodcrafts

11. Tolepainting Kits and Wood Blanks are non-refundable. However, should an item become damaged due to shipping, you can return it for a replacement.

12. For woodcraft items (asssembled or unassembled) such as shelves, racks, holders, etc., should you not be pleased with it for any reason, return it within 30 days from the original shipping date for a refund.

13. You will be responsible for return insured shipping costs.

14. No returns for any reason, will be accepted after 30 days from the original shipping date.

15. For all of the above, Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
