Please Contact us with your quantity and thickness (1/8" or 1/4") of the wood cutout required along with the width and height of the pattern or sketch for an estimated price.
If you would like to email us an attachment of your sketch for a quote, you can by do so by clicking Customer Sketches or you can fax them to us. Our Fax# is: 1 530 323 6914. When you send a Fax, Please Include Your Email Address for Us to Contact You!!!.
Then all you need to do is send us a copy of your pattern for us to go by to cut to your specifications, along with your payment and we'll custom cut your items. Our minimum order requirement is $30. The minimum number of cutouts per item is five (5). Quotes are based on quantity of item ordered.
If you don't have a pattern but you have a wood cutout in mind, let us know. We'll work with you. All our wooden shapes are individually cut and some variations may apply.
Your order will be filled as quickly as possible, usually within 1-4 days. For larger quantities (over 100) please understand that because each item is individually handcrafted we may require a lead time of 3-7 days to cut your items. Please read our Return Policy on wood cutouts (listed and custom) prior to ordering.
We use 1/8" or 1/4" Birch Veneer Plywood for all cutouts. The face side (Birch Veneer) is very smooth while the other side (not smooth) is of a Plywood grade. The size can be a minimum of 2" to a maximum of 11 3/4" square. Prices will vary depending on thickness and size you require.
When you email us, please include the thickness, the approximate length, width or height of the cut out you need. Also tell us whether it requires drilling.
Shipping is by Expedited Mail unless Express Post is requested. Shipping will be based on size and quantity of wooden cutouts ordered and method of shipping requested. Please E-mail for your total cost.
